Japanese audio brand Sony has launched two new truly wireless headphones, WF-XB700 and WF-SP800N in India. Both headphones from Sony come with the ‘Extra Bass’ technology and offer Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity and quick charge support with which it can make them deliver 60 minutes of playback in just 10 minutes of charge.
Both WF-XB700 and WF-SP800N truly wireless headphones will be available offline across Sony retail stores (Sony Center and Sony Exclusive) as well as online through ShopatSC.com and other e-commerce websites.
Sony WF-XB700 price, specs and availability
The Sony WF-XB700 headphones are priced at Rs 9,990 and will go on sale starting June 24. Available in Black and Blue colour options, the Sony WF-XB700 headphones pack a 12mm driver unit. They house a prominent button that lets users perform basic functions like play, stop, or skip through tracks.
They come IPX4 rated, making them water and dust resistant. They offer a frequency range of 50 Hz – 8,000 Hz and have a claimed battery life of 18 hours with the case. On a single charge, these headphones are claimed to last for 9 hours.
Sony WF-SP800N price, specs and availability
The Sony WF-SP800N headphones are priced at Rs 18,990 and will go on sale starting June 26. Launched in Black, Blue and White colour options, these headphones from Sony pack a 6mm driver unit and come with support for “Sony Headphones Connect App” for added functionality.
They come with noise cancellation support and Sony claims that they can last for 18 hours with noise-cancelling switched on and up to 26 hours switched off. The Sony WF-SP800N headphones offer digital voice assistant support and features like Quick Attention Mode and Wearing Detection.
They come with an IP55 rating and offer a frequency range of 20 Hz – 20,000 Hz.
