Team Deathmatch has finally made its way into PUBG. The PUBG v6.2 update is now live on the test server and has introduced Team Deathmatch mode, including UI changes, weapon balance tweaks, and more. And if you’re wondering, PUBG’s team is available on both the Deathmatch console and PC. It promises an exciting 8v8 combat experience spanning a total of four maps and seven battlefields. As always, there will be unlimited responses and the first team to reach the target kill count will win.

Of PUBG Team Deathmatch mode will be playable on four maps and seven territories including Erangel (Stelber and Sosnovka Military Base), Sunhawk (Paradise Resort and Docks), Vikendi (Podvosto and Peshovova), and Miramar (Campo Militar). The rules are simple. It will bring 8v8 combat with spawn kit and Respna enabled. The first team to hit 50 goals wins the round (or with the highest kill count in 10 minutes), and winning two rounds secures the win.

It should be noted that the team deathmatch mode in PUBG will only be FPP (first-person perspective), and will also not support DBNO (Down But No Out). You are shot, you die, and then react with a brief invincibility period. Kills and TDG boost gauges will assist, while individual scores will be rewarded with BP.

PUBG Dev Team it is said More battlefields will be added soon for Team Deathmatch. Also, new game modes have been teased to appear in the arcade section in the near future. In addition to Team Deathmatch, the PUBG v6.2 update also brings changes to weapon balance and peaking mechanisms, some tweaks to the new Karakin map, and adjustments have also been made to the Blue Zone effect. A parachute follow feature has also arrived to help teammates land together, with improvements in blood effects, changes to skins and items, updated replay systems, and a ton of bug fixes.
