Smartphone brand Oppo is set to expand its Reno series of phones in India with the launch of Oppo Reno 4 Pro. The company has announced that it will unveil the Reno 4 Pro handset in India on July 31.
Oppo Reno 4 Pro will succeed the Oppo Reno 3 Pro smartphone. As revealed by Oppo, the Oppo Reno 4 Pro smartphone will come equipped with a 6.5-inch screen with 92.01% screen-to-body ratio. The handset will offer 90Hz refresh rate with up to 180Hz touch sample rate. The smartphone will come with a 3D borderless sense screen giving a super-sleek design to the phone along with a bezel-minimizing effect on the sides.
The company has already sent media invites for the same. As revealed by the invite image, the device will offer a punch-hole camera at the front. No other details of the upcoming phone are known so far.
To recall, the Oppo Reno 4 series were recently launched in China. Oppo unveiled two phones under the series- Oppo Reno 4 and Oppo Reno 4 Pro. In India, the company may bring the Oppo Reno 4 Pro only.
As far as the specs are concerned, Oppo Reno 4 Pro has a 6.5-inch AMOLED curved FHD+ display (2400x1080p resolution) with 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
On the camera front, the handset is equipped with a quad-camera setup. This includes a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle sensor, a 12MP Sony IMX708 ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 13MP telephoto and a laser autofocus sensor. For selfies, it has a 32MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
The phone is backed by a 4000mAh battery and runs Android 10 based ColorOS 7.2.
