343 Industries, the studio behind the Halo franchise, had added Halo: Reach to the Master Chief collection in December which was followed by Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Halo 2: Anniversary. All the three games were ported to the PC platform with the others too to follow suit.
Halo 3 completes the Halo trilogy that began with Halo: Combat Evolved (2001) and continued with Halo 2 (2004). The game came out in 2007. After Halo 3, there are still two more games left for The Master Chief Collection on PC to become complete. These are Halo 3 ODST and Halo 4. Both the titles are expected to be ported to PC by the end of this year.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection on PC can be purchased on Steam for Rs 719 after 20% off. Though all the games are listed, only Halo: Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Halo 2: Anniversary are currently playable. The 20% discount is due to a limited time offer that expires today itself.
As per the Steam description of the game pack, “Many games in the collection will include other setting options like customizable mouse and keyboard support, ultrawide support, FOV customization, and more.”
The game collection is also available at Microsoft Store but only for Xbox in India. On the US website, however, the collection is up for grabs for the PC users.
